Nano-particles have many applications in human activities, so in this study, the toxic effect of nano copper (CuO NPs) on rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) was examined and also with toxicity test, lethal concentration and mortality of this species during exposure to nanoparticles were studied. 155 rainbow trout with an average weight of about 18 grams were prepared and transferred to the Gorgan Center of Fani-Herfei randomly in 15 aquariums containing control and four treated with different concentrations of nanoparticles (concentrations of 25, 30, 50 and 100 milligrams per liter). All fish were exposed in 96 hours at certain concentrations and mortality was recorded at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours. In this study total hardness of water was 270 mg/l, so because of hardness nano coopers were settled in the water and no mortality was observed. Eventually with comparing the effect of nano coopers could find that nanoparticles have better function and less toxicity and lesions on fishes.

The Persian Gulf is Unique in the world of open waters due to high fish species diversity. Every year in shrimp catch season about 9975 Kg bycatch and non-target species are caught with shrimp trawl which included teleost fishes less than LM50 or Chondroepiphysis fishes that have high ecological value. These fishes are not market species and used in other industries such as fish meal, inevitably. This review tries to investigate current researches on machine vision ability to sort fishes by species. While trapped fishes in shrimp trawl sorted immediately, non-target species could be returned to sea and can be hoped that a high percentage of them survive and return to the cycle of the ecosystem.

Flesh quality and taste are the most important factors affecting market demand of fresh fish. Therefore, the physical characteristics of fish could confirm the quality of fish flesh. Kutum (Rutilus frisii) is a native and economically important fish species in the southern Caspian Sea. Mahi sefid is consumed as a traditional and popular food in many parts of Iran (especially in the north of Iran), due to due to its delicious and favorable meat. Sensory characteristics such as skin, scales, tissues, mucous, eyes, gills, and odor indicate the flesh quality of fish. These criteria changed over time. These sensory characteristics decreased from favorable to unfavorable over time. Most of the sensory characteristics declined to unfavorable after 12 days of ice storage. In addition, crude protein, crude lipid, % ash and % moisture of flesh samples were investigated. In conclusion, freezing delay and longtime ice storage could decrease the flesh quality.

In this study, the relationship between length-weight and length- length of 52 individuals of Hemiculter Leuciscus from the pond Gonbad kavoos in the July 2008 studied. The range of total length and total weight between 1.93-2.96 mm and 0.85-4.27 g were estimated. The value of the parameter b for female 3.19 and male 3.23 and allometric growth was positive. The relationship between length-weight for male and female difference was significant (P˂ 0.05). In relation to length - length were all significantly different(P˂0.05). And regression coefficients are high (r2 ˃0.985). This study is useful for biologists and fisheries managers.

The comparative study of a species in different habitats at the population level is of great importance. For this purpose, sampling was carried out monthly from January 2012 to June 2013. A total of 305 samples of Rhodeus amarus were taken from Anzali wetland. In the Anzali wetland population, males were more than females. The specimens were in the Anzali wetland in the longitudinal range of 33.17 to 72.28 mm and the weight range of 0.49 to 6.55 g. Mean absolute fecundity was estimated in Anzali wetland 86.6. Egg diameter in Anzali wetland varied from 0.16 to 2.40 mm. The gonadosomatic index was greater in females than in males.

Artemia urmiana nauplii were used as a vector to carry probiotic bacillus to the digestive system of Huso huso larvae. The five species of probiotic bacillus as bacterial blend under the commercial title of Protexin aquatic were used for bio encapsulation of Artemia urmiana. Nauplii for 10 hours were bio encapsulated with three concentrations of 1×105, 2×105 and 3×105 bacteries per milliliter in suspension of broth and were fed by Beluga larvae. The Beluga larvae were fed on the base of the 50 percent of their body weight for 6 times a day. The control treatment was fed on unbioencapsulated artemia nauplii. This experiment was conducted in a completely random design. The results indicated that the probiotic Bacillus could influence growth parameters in Beluga larvae. The gained body weight in experimental treatments of larvae had significant difference in comparison with controlled treatment (P<0.05). The highest gained body weight was obtained in the experimental treatment of Beluga-1. The probiotic bacillus had significant positive effects on the Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Average Daily Growth (ADG) and Thermal Growth Coefficient (TGC) in comparison with controlled treatment (P<0.05). While the Condition Factor did not show a significant difference (P>0.05). The experiment indicated that the probiotic bacillus has the highest ability to increase the growth parameters in Huso huso larvae.
